KOOL KAT MUSIK LABEL!! We’re thrilled to welcome Nick Pipitone back
to the Kool Kat family of artists with his first release in seven years! His debut, Pipitone’s 2003 “Music For
Minivans” (an underrated classic in our opinion – copies are still available!)
was one of Kool Kat’s early label releases. Since then, Nick has released an EP under his
own name and as two as one half of the duo The Rip Off Artists in 2008 and 2013. Still in great voice (hints of Glenn Tilbrook
are still present), his "Thiensville" record,
originally a download-only release (“written, produced, engineered, played,
sang, concocted, created, devised, invented, and ridiculously overthought” by
Nick), is an epic saga based on the partially and possibly sort of true and not
so true stories of one middle aged man's life in a quaint village in
southeastern Wisconsin. There are some
